BACK TO BUFFALO

Hello Everyone! In April 2011, I moved back to Buffalo, NY. Determined to continue my fitness career and personal growth, I have accepted a Management Position at Snap Fitness, alternating between the Orchard Park & East Aurora Locations. I will be in charge of designing, coordinating & managing our new Group Fitness Program at the Orchard Park, NY location. Yes everyone, I will teach a few of the classes myself in Pilates and Spinning and I will also be a sub/back up for our Yoga Instructor, Lizzi. I will keep everyone posted of the schedule as it grows. Please come on by Snap and workout with me, 24-7 access, 365 days a year! Yes y'all, you can even work out at 3am on Christmas Day, you will probably see me on the Arc Trainer then too, LOL!

I'm also working a second job at my other fave place, White House Black Market. So stop by and see me there on Friday and Saturday nites and Sundays during the day.

Finally a great big heart-felt thank you to all of my wonderful students & clients who attended my classes over the years. Honestly I think of all of you as my friends and your support means so much to me.

Namaste,
"Schelli" Annalise Stahlman
